This week marks Vesak, the Buddhist festival celebrating Buddha's birth, enlightenment, and death.

Vesak is celebrated worldwide with unique traditions, such as temple gatherings to decorating homes with lanterns, to honor this sacred day.

In Celebration, a special Vesak Dansal was organized at Wellawatta Police Station where Hierarchy Police Officers & 1000s of people took part.
