We loveeeee a good challenge and this table was certainly one. I feel like I went into a little hole for a few days to recover from this table but we’re back and whipping up platters this weekend 💃💃

A grazing table milestone for my little business baby ✨✨✨

Our longest flat lay graze (4.5 STUNNING METERS), and that too, all the way in the Hanthana mountains ⛰️

Prep for this table started a couple of weeks ago with ordering supplies and making sure we got all the quantities right, then followed by endless hours of chopping, washing, folding (meats), weighing and packing.

I knew I would have a very limited time to get this table done so that the food was as fresh as possible and wasn’t lying outside for too long before guests would start digging in. The pressure was on when the wedding planner came up to me and said “the church ceremony finishes in 10 minutes” 👀

It all turned out amazing in the end, and here’s little tired me standing in front of the mammoth graze 🫣

It’s been an absolute pleasure being a part of all your special days and trusting us to feed all your loved ones 💓

Also please excuse my outfit - it was comfort over anything else for the 8 hours of driving 👀
