Nick couldn't figure it out at once. But later he could understand what was the reason for everything. How could he explain it?
He was helpless without words.

Nick was shocked by the words.

Nick raised his right hand and hit Masha's left side of the face. It was an unexpected shot. She fell to the ground.

"Get up Masha, you want to pay me back Now get up and pay. " Nick shouted.

Masha tried to get up. But she couldn't. She kept her head on her lap and started to cry.
Nick stood near her and waited. He couldn't see Masha is crying.

He knelt in front of Masha.

"Hei baby girl. I'll explain everything to you. But you have to wait until the correct time comes. " said Nick patting Masha's head.

Masha put her hands around Nick and started to cry.

"Stop Masha. Don't cry. Everything will be okay dear. Come on angel. We'll talk. "said Nick.

Masha got up and went with Nick. Nick took her to his room. Then he asked Masha to sit on the bed. He took a stool and sat down in front of her.

" Now tell me, Masha. Tell me everything that hurts you," said Nick.

Masha started to gather the words one by one.

"You have changed a lot. Almost every day you come past midnight. Only a few words were exchanged in the morning. No loving words. You are not loving me. " Masha started to cry.

Nick slowly took Masha's hands and kept on his heart.

"Here darling. Nothing has changed.You are always here" Nick said.

Jason felt happy. He dreams of being the best in the world.

"Masha, I feel very tired and sleepy. Shall we have a little nap?" Nick asked Masha.

"Okay. You must be very tired. Have a nice nap." Masha said and got ready to go.

"Hei, honey. You must also come up to the bed," said Nick holding Masha's hand.

"But," said Masha

"No, but. If you are the queen she should be with the king"Nick took her to the bed.

They jumped to the bed and put his hands over Masha.
Both of them looked at each other.

After sometimes Nick saw Masha's eyes shutting down slowly. Slowly Nick kissed her hair and hugged her.

Now she is sleeping. Nick got up slowly and went out of the room.

Margaret, Peter and Nanny got the message from Nick and they were already in the hall waiting for Nick.
Three of them were in a puzzle. They don't know why Nick asked them to gather.

"Shall we go to the garden?" Nick suggested.

"Sure. Are you sure Masha is sleeping?" Asked Nanny.

"Ya. In a deep sleep," Nick said.

Four of them sat around the stone table in the garden.

Nick took the book The Wounded Girl and kept it on the table.
He looked at Nanny. He saw Nanny's eyes blinking a little bit fast.

"Nanny, are there any memories around this book?" Nick asked.

"Millions of memories son. Yesterday Masha showed me the book and she cried a lot because this is her mother's favourite." Nanny said sadly.

"See slowly Nanny. This is not the book Masha showed yesterday. Can you recognize this signature and the drawing on the second page?" Nick gave the book to Nanny.

Nanny slowly took the book and turned the page with her trembling fingers.

"Oh my goodness, Nick, what is going on? This is my master's signature. Beloved
Mr. William Hamilton. He used to put his signature on the book when he gifted books for Masha's mother. And this little art is Masha's. Oh my God" Nanny started to cry.

"Nanny, don't let the tears fade away the strength of yours," said Margaret.

"Yes. This must be a secret to Masha and you have to bear the whole of it" said Peter.

"Don't worry Nanny. You'll be happy by the end of the mission" Nick said.

"Okay I will," said Nanny whipping her tears.

"We have to make a plan," said Peter.

"Yes. I asked David to come to the coffee shop. We'll discuss it and let you know our plans soon. I told Jake also. He will be here next week" said Nick.

"Okay, Nick. We will finish this soon"Margret said.

"Only we have to keep this secret from Masha," said Nick.

"Don't worry son. We'll do it" Nanny said.

They went inside. Masha is still sleeping.
Nick dressed to meet David at the coffee shop.

"Hei, where are you going?" Masha asked.
She has woken up.

"I am going to meet a friend," Nike said.

"Shall I come with you?" Masha asked

"I need to go alone," Nick said.

"Okay. "Masha got up from the bed as fast as she could.

"Honey. Wait" Nick caught Masha's hand and pulled her to him.

"Let me go" Masha struggled.

"No. You have to tell me why your eyes are full of tears" Nick asked.

Masha looked at Nick for a moment. She hugged him and started to cry.

"Hei, what's going on? Why?" Nick asked

"I felt sad when you told me that," Masha said crying.

"Said what?" Nick asked.

"want to go alone," said Masha.

"I didn't mean it darling. I just wanted to see your reaction" Nick said smiling.

"True?" Masha asked

"Yes, darling. I am going with Mom and Dad. They need to do some shopping. Come let's go" Nick said.

"But Nanny is alone," Masha said.

"We'll ask her to come also. As Mom and Dad need to go tomorrow for their home they want to buy some goods" Nick said calmly.

"I will stay with Nanny," Masha said.

Nick, Margaret and Peter went.

Peter and Margaret went to City Mall.
Nick went to the coffee shop. There he met David.
Nick explained everything to David.
They agreed to make a plan when Jake comes.
