Sajith Lahiru 🕺💃

Lahiru showed a great interest towards electronic dance music as a leisure activity since his childhood, however later, all by himself he studied and explored this music style. With the time being, lahiru started to admire the art of djing and he exposed himself to explore and study the DJ art further. Through all his explorations and studies he was able to gain a good knowledge and a thorough understanding about the art of djing.

Thereafter, with his acquired knowledge and developed skills he trusted himself to participate in his first ever performance as a DJ artist in 2014 at Colombo.

Eventhough, lahiru started his first steps with the Progressive House music which is one of the many styles included in Electronic Dance Music, today he shows off his spectacular talent through other styles such as Techno, Tech House, Deep Tech, Melodic House, Afro House, Organic House, Downtempo, Indi dance and many more.

During his musical journey, he has played with many respected international artists in Sri Lanka and had the opportunity to gain a lot of experience through those performances.

Some of international dj artists he has played with are,
Plastic Robots, Dmitry Molosh, Brain Cid, Jourdan Bordes, Ben Coda, Nathan Surreal, Freshmint(Swiss) and Foxy Djane.

Thus, Lahiru who started his musical journey in 2014 has now become a very important and a necessary figure in the DJ industry of Sri Lanka.
