“My Universe” by Lorena Flores:

“I make mixed media art with just about anything I can get my hands on. Inspired by nature, feelings, oceans, life. spirituality, tips and the materials themselves, my art is as varied and unpredictable as the changing sky - sometimes light, humorous and colorful, while at other times serious and a touch dark. I often color outside the lines and don't like to be limited in pallet, materials or genre.

If I had to describe my work, I would say that it is a blend of minerals and nature. I think some of my best work happens when I'm trying to show dreams and memories also the beauty of the nature in all their forms and sizes. I like also come to memories, it makes us think about the meaning , and more we think about them, the more they start to mean something to us.”

“Space to find out what the world does not know” Art Exhibition Finissage by • 24.11.22

Ric’s art is primarily figurative with abstract notions and words of expression. He works primarily on unstretched canvas with mixed media: acrylic, markers, spray paint, pencil and more.

He works on several canvases at the same time, in a small studio upstairs in his house in the Swedish countryside just north of Stockholm. His paints are mixed with a presumed goal and unpredictable outcome. When the paint has dried, markers and spray paint take over and leave glossy and experimental material effects on the canvas. The process is unknown and hard to duplicate.

With his expression, there is Space to find out what the world does not know. With the process and former experiences, whatever comes out, is the next step towards the next creation.
