Launched in 2015 The International Romani Culture Festival will continue to present the audience with the world renowned Roma artists and bands. This year artists will gather from 15 countries, including Spain, France, Italy, Check Rep., Sweden, Romania, Moldavia, Ukraine, Russia, Lithuania, and others. The Festival will take place in Dzintari concert Hall on 18th, 19th and 20th of August. Unexpec
