The Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce "Three Ministers" event is always a highlight for us. In addition to managing the technical setup and room theming, we have the privilege of witnessing discussions on topics that impact every islander as a person and those in business too. With over 160 delegates in attendance, the event provided a robust platform for holding the ministers accountable through an array of thought-provoking questions.

This time, Chief Minister Alf Cannan MHK, Deputy Chief Minister Jane Poole-Wilson MHK, and Enterprise Minister Tim Johnston MHK took the spotlight. Sponsored by Conister Bank, the event was a resounding success. Each minister delivered insightful presentations, followed by a dynamic Q&A session that addressed a wide range of critical issues raised by the attendees.

It’s hard to believe it has already been 12 months since we supported the launch of the 2024 Manx Youth Games, but here we are again for the 2025 launch!

As with many events we’re privileged to support, the content is often deeply thought-provoking and inspirational—and last night was no exception.

A special congratulations to Brody and Jude for courageously sharing their stories and having achieved so much already at such a young age. The more seasoned speakers did a fantastic job as well! 😜

What an unforgettable evening! ELS Group was privileged to once again support and provide our services for the Dan Kneen 14 Ball —an annual event and charitable fund established in memory of Dan Kneen.
Once the numbers have been crunched.. two outstanding causes, TORQ and , will benefit from the generosity and fundraising.. this is a testament to Dan’s enduring legacy.
The dedication and hard work poured into this event by so many individuals is truly inspiring, and the results speak for themselves.

It was a privilege to support Onchan District Commissioners with their 2024 Night of Light event. Our contributions included delivering comprehensive audio coverage for the park and performance area, enhancing the atmosphere with additional lighting, and providing and licensing the outdoor cinema, which featured a selection of festive films.

Congratulations to everyone involved in making this event such a success, particularly the Commissioners, whose hard work and dedication creates a memorable experience that truly brings families and especially children.. into the festive spirit.

The park is lit up nightly from 4pm through the festive period.

Outside of TT Fortnight, October and November represent our busiest period with our team consistently managing up to four events a day over the past six weeks to-date. This includes a diverse range of high-profile tasks such as corporate conferences, staff and client update sessions, awards ceremonies, fireside speaker events, remembrance services, a Bishop enthronement service, Christmas light switch-on's, firework & bonfire events, and Christmas parties (yes, the season has arrived!).
In addition, our team has been handling numerous bookings for Studio One IOM (part of the ELS Group), including townhall events, corporate shoots, Funeral and event streams plus various photography and video productions. After this intense period, a well-earned Christmas party and a well earned break will be much appreciated by our staff i'm sure!

It was a pleasure to once again provide our services for Startup Grind Isle of Man, an event consistently known for its engaging and insightful discussions, featuring exceptional guest speakers and panelists. This occasion also marked our first experience at the newest of the Noa venues, which added to the thoroughly enjoyable evening for all involved.

Rachel provided invaluable insights into her experience on the show and her journey beyond it. The evening was a resounding success, and we were pleased to extend a warm welcome to Claire Watterson as the new Chamber President.

We had an incredible time this past Saturday at the Fire Island Chilli and Barbeque Festival. The day kicked off with a fantastic demonstration from The Fynoderee Distillery , followed by live performances from Alex Harris, Terence George Music , Jamie Blackburn , and The Callum Rowe Band.
The main events —the Hot Wings Challenge by Pico's IOM and the Chilli Eating Challenge by Fire Island— was a thrilling spectacle not to be missed.

The event was a resounding success, and we’re already looking forward to next year! A big thank you to Fire Island, Castletown Town Commissioners but also the Business Isle of Man Domestic Event Fund for their continued support.

It was an honour to support and participate in the Fairy Barracuda Memorial Dedication Ceremony at Port Soderick Bay on Wednesday evening. The event brought together individuals to pay tribute to the many Fleet Air Arm personnel who tragically lost their lives in and around Port Soderick Bay during the Second World War whilst undertaking dive/torpedo bombing training.

In attendance were His Excellency The Lieutenant Governor Sir John Lorimer and Lady Lorimer, alongside military veterans from across the Island, members of the emergency services, and other distinguished guests.

Today we have been gifted with the weather! an exceptional day so far at the Isle Settle SAFFA Festival hosted here at the Fun Farm. A wonderful celebration of South African culture, offering locals the opportunity to explore and enjoy the rich traditions, cuisine, and contributions that the South African community brings to our island.

As summer draws to a close, it has been a pleasure to provide Phil, Mel, and the Meta Lounge team with the audio-visual technology necessary to bring the Ibizan day-vibes and sunset experience to life here on the Isle of Man.
We eagerly anticipate what next year will bring, and the overwhelmingly positive feedback is a testament to the success of this endeavour despite the weather challenges—leaving everyone excited for what’s to come. Well done, Team Meta Lounge!

We thrive on challenges, and the 2024 Manx Grand Prix certainly presented one, it was hard work trying to squeeze-in the programme we had hoped on stage, but at the same time our hearts went out to the organisers, riders and race-teams who didn't get the action on the course we all thrived due to the terrible weather.
With its extensive programme of chat shows, video content, stage performances, and race presentations, this year.. the MGP Fan Park featured a reimagined layout, consolidating the food court and stage into a single area — a change that was well received by fans, despite the weather's attempts to dampen the spirits.
ELS delivered a comprehensive stage package, including an LED screen for video content and timings, as well as two additional scoreboard LED screens on Glencrutchery road to keep pit crews and grandstand spectators updated with the latest sector information and lap timings.
Yesterday, our team spent a challenging day in-again terrible weather, dismantling and returning the equipment to base, where it is now undergoing cleaning, maintenance, drying, and restocking—an often overlooked yet essential part of the job.
A shout must go out to everyone who mucked in when the bad weather hit to help others out, a true team effort from the on-site support team alongside ourselves, riders and marshalls associations, fellow riders and race teams to the security team and on site fire service team, even to all those people who offered comfort and shelter in their own homes to those camping around the island.
