A gorgeous event by .me took place in the unique Le Beauvallon: A Legend of the French Riviera, next to Saint-Tropez.

Opened in 1911, it was owned by influential families, including Walt Disney’s family, and served as the venue for Leonardo DiCaprio’s renowned gala dinner, attended by world-famous stars and philanthropists.

Today, the property houses unique pieces of contemporary art that highlight its historical and cultural significance.
It’s not a place you can simply book for a night; the entire estate must be privatized to create a truly bespoke atmosphere for your dream event.

With panoramic views of the Bay of Saint-Tropez, timeless elegance, and unparalleled exclusivity, Le Beauvallon is the ultimate destination for weddings, gala dinners, or private celebrations destined to become legendary.

We were delighted to work in this magnificent venue, where everything is designed to create the perfect event. The dedicated management team not only takes care of every guest but also ensures that event staff are supported with the highest level of service. It was a privilege to stay at Le Beauvallon, immersing ourselves in its exclusive rooms and breathtaking views. Without a doubt, we can’t wait to work here again and again.

🪷 How to make the decor suitable for a men’s celebration and avoid feminine flowers and shades?

🪷 How to fit a large number of dishes we ordered on the table, along with all the plates and glasses, while keeping the volume of decor?

🪷 What flowers are in bloom and which shades are fashionable this season?

🪷 How to install chandeliers so that it doesn’t look like a wedding but adds effect to the decor? How to decorate the chandelier stem?

These and hundreds of other questions are solved by a professional decorator, and we are pleased to collaborate with a very talented company in this project .

Equally important is a properly set up backline, tailored to meet the technical and creative needs of every performer. When all these elements come together, the result is a flawless experience for everyone.

For us, the configuration of lighting and the view for each guest is very important. It’s essential that no one sits with their back to the stage or misses out on the stunning view.

Our challenge was to maximize all the advantages of the venue. We arranged the tables so that guests could enjoy the breathtaking sea view to their right and the incredible stage to their left.

To enhance the experience, we used trusses to create a spectacular light show that guests could admire during the concert performances, the main show, and dinner.

When setting up the lighting, it was crucial to highlight key moments while avoiding any discomfort from direct lights in the guests’ eyes. Often, some organizers focus only on creating a beautiful visual, forgetting about the guests’ comfort. For us, this balance is a top priority, and we achieved it on this project thanks to the expertise of vetktorx.

We aimed to fill this event with post-irony, philosophy, and tie it all together with meta-friendship, as the client brought together his closest friends from all over the world.
It was a party where languages and cultures intertwined with local cuisine and carefree dancing. For me, it was a special joy to reconnect with old friends, including the band Bi-2😎
