📢📢Dr Dritan Abazović is the Prime Minister of Montenegro. He was born on 25 December 1985 in Ulcinj and completed his elementary and secondary education in the same town. He graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Sarajevo and holds a master's degree in International Relations from the University of Montenegro. He obtained his doctoral degree in 2019, with a thesis on "Global Politics - Ethical Aspects of Globalization". Abazović has been active in socio-political life since his high school days and is the founder of the Youth Group of the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights. He has delivered lectures as a guest speaker at universities and is the author of a book on political philosophy and ethics.

📢📢Antonio Santos del Valle has been working in the field of culture, education and tourism for more than 30 years, beginning in 1992 with his contribution to the development, management and promotion of Expo'92, and the inauguration and closing ceremony of the Barcelona Olympic Games (1992). From 1994 to 1996 he was advisor to Minister Carmen Alborch Bataller for cultural issues, heritage and cultural tourism, and began his professional activity in the 'Ibero-American Platform for Cooperation', mainly in Latin American countries and in some European and Arab countries.From 2010 to 2022 he has been a Member of the Board of the Affiliate Members Program of the World Tourism Organization, and of the UNWTO Panel of Experts, and since 2016 he is director of the World Shopping Tourism Network and has collaborated in the development of proposals such as the program called "tourist passport", or in the elaboration of a proposal that allows the total digitalization of the tourist industry, without forgetting his great knowledge of everything that is related to cultural identity and its relationship with tourism and social development.
