To mark this evolution, our resident LØRIK ( zoa) is launching the official Zhurkaq Podcast, inviting artists who push boundaries and carve new paths in underground sound.

Malista is a Macedonian artist and a rising force in Malta’s underground techno scene.

His sound is rooted in the heavy and industrial—pounding kicks, distorted textures, and raw energy that hits straight to the core.

It all started with a spark at Glitch Festival 2022 and a fateful encounter with Oguz. That moment ignited a journey. By 2024, his mixes were climbing SoundCloud’s techno charts—especially the "Garden of Eden" trilogy, showcasing his fierce yet focused sonic identity.

In 2025, Malista took his sound from the screen to the strobe:
