Job Description:
We are seeking creative and detail-oriented Florist Designers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for floral design and the ability to create stunning arrangements for various occasions.
Responsibilities:
• Design and create floral arrangements for events, special occasions, and daily sales.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients’ preferences and requirements.
• Select, prepare, and arrange flowers, foliage, and other decorative elements.
• Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers by proper handling and care.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new floral design concepts.
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
• Experience in floral design or related fields is preferred.
• A strong eye for design, color, and detail.
• Creativity and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
