Dear Valued Customers,

Thank you for your continued loyalty to Roti Baboolall. To ensure we provide the best service possible, we’d like to clarify our ordering process.

Our phone line is dedicated to handling large orders of 25 pairs or more. While we appreciate all calls, it has become difficult to manage smaller, individual orders over the phone due to the nature of our operations. Kiran is often busy on the road or managing the shop, which makes it challenging to accommodate single orders via phone.

For large orders (25 pairs or more), Kiran is happy to take your calls, but we kindly ask that these be placed at least one day in advance for next day delivery. For smaller orders and individual orders, we encourage you to visit the shop directly.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to continuing to serve you.
