Oteph's Kwek-Kwek or Tokneneng

It is made from eggs covered with a batter of flour, cornstarch, seasonings and some food coloring.

Kwek kwek or sometimes called “tokneneng”, is best when dipped in either spicy vinegar or a sweet sauce or a combination of both.

Oteph's BBQ added the notoriously popular Balut(developing duck embryo)of our repertoire of weird fried food concoctions.

Chicken inasal is one of the most loved Filipino dish in the Visayas region of the Philippines which is a popular specialty in the city of Bacolod.
