3rooms ( including 1 deluxe room) 10people stay and up to 30 ( including in the room guest) poolside party are now $350 a day on Friday to Sunday.
If you want to need additional room is $70 and over 30people's coming, asking to me for additional charge.
Include kitchen that you can bring your own food and can cook, big living room and private swimming pool with BBQ grill.

We need deposit for confirmation $100.
First come first serve.

Promotion For Monday to Thursday (except holiday) is $320 a day with 3rooms.

We are Partial reopening Air B&B again.
Only Monday to Thursday.
Opening Promotion. 1room per $70, deluxe $80. Up to 3 people can stay a room.
Shares living room, kitchen and swimming pool.
Poolside private party is $150 upto 30 people( not including kitchen and livingroom).

Also,If you reserve Monday to Thursday, you can get the extra 10% discount.

If you want to plan some private party. I have a perfect place. Include 2 or 3 bed room or more I have 10 rooms.1 room per $100. Include kitchen that you can bring your own food and can cook and private swimming pool day and night also bbg grill can use. One day one group can reserve for private but minimum 2 rooms reservation required, so Just PM me.
1 room can stay 4 people. If 2room rent,can be 8 people. Over 8 people getting poolside party, I will charge for entrance fee $5 per person.
