I’m not always smiling and frolicking amongst the flowers. I really want to make it evident that I’m a real person too. Good days and bad days, highs and lows, all of it.

The last few years have been a combination of some of the best days of my life, and some of the worst. What a strange feeling to sit with such polar opposite emotions, and let’s them just coexist like oil and vinegar. In the early days of some deep grief, I remember walking the fields. I didn’t know what to do with myself, so it was one foot in front of the other. Today I’m walking these same fields, in the bounty of beauty the have given me. Love flows where energy goes.

Life brings a mixed bag of experiences. What the last few years taught me is to look for the good in the mundane. Im eternally grateful for this token of insight. When you start seeing the beauty in little moments, the synergistic effect is a beautiful life.

Savour your sip of coffee, take a minute to appreciate the sunset, and hold that hug a little longer🤍
