Important info for tonight
🌟 Exciting Night Ahead! 🎶
Hello, everyone! As we gear up for an unforgettable evening, here are a few last-minute instructions to ensure the night runs smoothly:
📍 Location Reminder:
The gate is located right next door to Portomaso Casino. If you're parking your car or getting a cab to the Hilton, please enter through the door between Portomaso Casino and the BOV ATM, rather than the main entrance of the Hilton.
👗 Dress Code:
While there's no strict dress code, most men are wearing black suits and choosing between ties, bowties or no ties (please, no trainers - black shoes only!). Women will be dressed elegantly, adding that extra touch of magic to the night!
🕖 Doors Open at 7:30 PM:
Keep your tickets handy for scanning as you enter. If you're seated in the balcony, you'll need to head up 2 flights of stairs (or the escalator). Please avoid the elevator unless absolutely necessary to prevent congestion. Standing guests will only go up 1 flight and will enter through the first door on the right.
📸 Capture the Moment:
We’ll have a photographer ready to snap a shot of you in front of our event backdrop - before heading upstairs. These photos will be uploaded to Facebook soon after!
🧥 Cloakroom Available:
If you’d like to leave your coat, our cloakroom service is free! Just hand it to a staff member who will give you a ticket for retrieval later.
🚗 Parking Tip:
Validate your parking ticket upon arrival to cap the fee at €2.50. Remember, if you plan to drink, please do so responsibly. We're here to have fun, but any rude behaviour towards our staff will result in removal without a refund.
🍽️ Food & Drinks:
You can enjoy food and drinks at the venue, but please don’t bring your own (water is okay but will also be on sale at cash bars inside the theatre).
❤️ Giving Back:
This event supports the Malta Trust Foundation, and your ticket funds will be donated to this great cause. We kindly ask for your generosity in supporting the NGO founded by Her Excellency Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca especially if you received a complimentary ticket.
