If you think you've got what it takes to understand the exact needs of our clients, to provide a detailed quotation and plan, and also to help executing the event, this role is for you !

The job mainly consists of answering Calls, messages and e-mails by clients, explaining what we can offer, understand exactly the client is requesting and issuing a quote in a professional and timely manner.

Own transport and able to speak fluent Maltese & English are required for this position.

Role Overview:
As an Events Crew Member, you will play a vital role in the setup, ex*****on, and teardown of events. From loading and unloading materials to operating tools and equipment, your hands-on approach will contribute to the success of each event. A valid driving license is a must, and proficiency in Maltese is required for effective communication with team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform various manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and transporting materials to event locations.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Operate basic hand and power tools to assemble and dismantle event setups.
Load and unload materials from trucks, ensuring proper handling and storage.
Assist in building and upkeeping event equipment, including stages, decorations, tents, and furniture.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail in executing event setups, with a focus on quality and professionalism.

Requirements:

Valid EU/Maltese driving license and reliable transportation. (License C & CPC preferred).
Proficiency in Maltese for effective communication.
Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects.
Experience with basic hand and power tools preferred.
Strong work ethic and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
