Last November David Ozi Borg and myself Andrew Hogg met for a casual, catch-up coffee in Balzan. We hadn't seen eachother in quite a while and it surprised me to hear about all the psychological difficulties that Ozi was going through at the time. I on the other hand am a sports psychologist practitioner / mental coach. I instantly understood that while this was an ongoing battle for him, that he had an intrinsic desire to help others through his experiences. And just like that, the idea to create a podcast with the sole intention of helping people in need through the stories and discussions with others was born.
This weeks episode is slightly different to all the others. I took on the role of podcast host and Ozi is the guest. This is an episode that we're truly proud of and we're proud of it simply because we know that it is powerful and raw, and we understand the value that it will bring to the thousands of people out there who are fighting similar battles.
