Felt like something chinese...so I made some ( with a twist 😬) !
Beef strips in oyster and spicy sauce with a turmeric egg fried rice.
Divine combination. Very fast yet tasty recipe!
Method
During all this time this should be cooked on a big flame / high heat
Fry the beef strips until cooked. Add the bacon and brown. After a couple of minutes add sliced onions and mushrooms and cook for a few minutes until soft. Sprinkle 1 spoon of flour, blend well and cook so as to brown the flour. Then add 2 spoons of tomato paste , 1 spoon of oyster sauce , 1 spoon of BBQ sauce , and 500ml of water. Stir well and make sure you scrape all those bits that stick to the bottom of your pan with a wooden spoon and bring to the boil. Leave on high heat for 2 minutes and then simmer uncovered for 10mins or until sauce has thickened. Serve with rice of your liking ✌️

Good morning people !
With Cannabis being legal , we can now enjoy ourselves more and more ! For those people who do not smoke or do not like to smoke , you can make some edibles using home made infused butter ( Canna-butter ) with activated THC
The butter on it's own is very powerful and has a potent taste. It can be used as a natural medication to help aid sleeping , appetite , pain relief and why not...also have a good laugh ! 😅
So...let's start with how to make the Canna-butter. First thing you need is some good quality trim or shake and / or small buds . Start with de-carbing the w**d ( baking it on a sheet of baking paper at 100°c for 35-40 mins . In the meantime melt about 200g of good quality unsalted butter together with some water ( 2-3 ) cups. When the w**d is ready just add it to the butter and water and let simmer for 1.5 - 2 hrs. Let cool down for 10 mins and strain you w**d thru a cheesecloth or fine sieve. Pour all the liquid in a clean bowl and place ina fridge or freezer until the butter solidifies. When it does , just remove from the bowl and gently tap it dry. You should have something like that from the pic. A greenish butter 😍 You can use it how you like !
For my recipe I used about 60g of Cannabutter ( since it is very potent ) and 50g of regular butter.

I would say a good a good 9 ! Because after a long day at work ( my case cooking ) I don't feel like cooking for myself and end up eating not so healthy foods... how many of you can relate to this?

Beef stew. 🐄🐄
Originally was a poor mans meal. Back in the days, it was made from the cheapest , and not so tender cuts of beef. Muscle parts , joints , tails etc... Cooked on a low flame together with some vegetables and voilá !! The last picture speaks for itself ;)
For this I used a piece of Chuck Roll.

Step 1 of today's recipe...slow cooked pork belly for 10 hours. After that 2 hours of smoking. As soon as it came out of the smoker I let it rest for a good 30 minutes and then I pulled it , so as to make it as pulled pork !

Those who know me personally know how much I love nature and how much time I spend in nature . Things like this symbolize my love for the outdoors ( nature ) and cooking. When you combine both of them you will have an amazing experience. There you have the Lamb Shank Stew slow cooked for 2.5 hours. Meat came very very tender . Flavour was impeccable . I suggest that you go out more often and cook on open fires. Food always comes better when cooked in this manner ;)
