MEET ARTIST NO.7 – Charelle Micallef

Charelle Micallef is 14 years old and is in her 4th year of secondary school studies. Six years ago she started her singing lessons u throughout her singing career, she participated in various festivals, where she won the majority of them. She also had singing experiences abroad, including in Rome, Italy, where she attended various master classes in singing. She already had the opportunity to sing with famous artists, including tenor Joseph Calleja and also various performances with local bands. Lately, Charelle was also a finalist in the Malta Junior Eurovision Song Contest, with her song ‘The Extra Mile’.

MEET ARTIST NO.5 – Neil Aquilina

I am 16 years old, from Bormla, and as far as I remember whenever we had any family gathering, I always wanted to entertain those around me by trying to act, sing and dance. At the age of 6, I starting singing and acting lessons.
I compete in different local competitions and achieved great results, I also had the opportunity to compete in Lithuania – Music talent League where I place 1st in POP music which is my favourite style of singing.
During the years I also went to Sicily – Hybla Music Contest where I was given the best teen talent, and from time to time I attend master classes in Naples organised by the VMA productions.

MEET ARTIST NO.4 – Kristy Spiteri

Kristy Spiteri is a 17 year old singer and performer.Sshe has been studying music from a very young age. She has taken part in a wide variety of competitions, in Malta and abroad. She has recently taken part in the third season of X Factor Malta and placed third in BRILLANTI. Her voice ranges from pop to opera, and this is showcased throughout the variety of performances she gives.

MEET ARTIST NO.2 – Dominic Cini

Dominic Cini started his music career at a very young age. He took part in a number of festivals, both locally and internationally. An unforgettable experience for him is when he had the opportunity to be a backing vocalist for a concert by Johnny Logan.
Apart from being a well-known singer, Dominic is known for making various music compositions, including ‘Scrooge’ (the maltese version), ‘Cellinu’, ‘Division 7’, ‘Cirkostanzi’ and lately ‘Jackpot 4’. Dominic is also known for his acting career, including the tv dramas ‘Katrina’, ‘DejaVu’ and ‘Simpatici’, amongst others.
Dominic also took part in the musicals ‘Romeo And Julietta’, ‘Il-Perit’, ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’, ‘Hanina Madalena’ and ‘Il-Kbir Ghadu Gej’.
