I am obsessed with Madagascar vanilla: these precious pods of superbe quality come moist and soft, the load of grains can reach up to 3 grams per pod, the flavor is intense and enchanting. This is what makes our vanilla cakes so endearing.

Cette semaine Koujina collabore avec pour cuisiner 100 repas pour des enfants de milieux défavorisés, d'après foodwise, à peu près un quart d'enfants à Maurice sont en sous poids !!

Frozen theme cake.
Madagascar vanilla colored chiffon, layered with dulce de leche and mascarpone mousse, all wrapped in vanilla german buttercream.
All covered with fondant for design purposes, ombré sky snowy hills and white trees for a winter landscape, snowflakes lace and ombré trees.
Sugar glass for the tinted ice casltle and LED garland to illuminate everything.

Shark and marine themed cake, made with vanilla chiffon cake and white chocolate ganache filling all wrapped in vanilla german buttercream, the decorations are made out of fondant.
*Gâteau requin et thème marin, une éponge à la vanille, ganache chocolat blanc et crème mousseline à la vanille. Les décorations sont faites en pâte à sucre.
