Our Story
We, the team of Cafe le Palmier, would like to get to know your catering partner. We are a family team of chefs, pastry chefs with many years of experience in organizing and holding various events of various sizes. Catherine, the organization's head looks back on international experience she gained in Canada, South Africa, and Europe. In addition, she and her brother Michael, over the past three years, have been gathering a wealth of experience in Indian cuisine for preparing over 15,000 meals for young students from India.
