About a month ago, Vyatowa Events got a call from Save the Children Malawi to plan and manage a project dissemination conference with the theme "Celebrating 13 Years of Breakthroughs and Transforming Lives of Children in Zomba."

The team was able to pull everything together in two weeks! From information collection, designing graphics, capturing and editing documentaries, vendor sourcing, venue bookings and timely set ups. We leveled up on thinking on our feet 🙌🏾.

We would like to thank Save the Children for the opportunity to showcase Vyatowa's ideas and plans as well as letting the team be part of this milestone. The faith in our team by such a prominent organization that decided to exhibit trust in an event planner is breath-taking as most events in Malawi are in-house in that organizations do not involve event planners but rather a few selected individuals from their workforce.

We would also like to give a big shout-out to SoundAddicts, Angelic Touch Decor MW, Comtech Mw, Felistus Nya-uyu Ngwira, Music Crossroads Malawi Illustrative Arts, Inspiral and many others for the job well done as you worked in line with the time we were given to curate a spectacular event.

We had an amazing time on April 29th as we premiered the hottest movie in Malawi right now – Sorry to My Mother.
A red carpet event!!
The setup, lighting, flow of events was so perfect we can’t stop reminiscing. The magnificent actors behind this movie were present and the audience had a chance to see the cast in person and interact with them, what a wow 😲🤯. This premiere was the first of its kind and we are yet to do more. Thank you for trusting us to manage your event from marketing to coordination ☺️☺️☺️

We would like to extend our gratitude to Fitma for trusting us to deliver it's launch last Sunday. Fitma is a fitness and a wellness center providing aerobic and strength exercises for women situated in area 47 sector 4, Lilongwe.

We managed all the event’s details such as planning, decor, branding, coordinating catering, transportation, guest list, special guests, equipment, sponsorship etc.

We are very delighted to have been part of this process. Congratulations Namangale and all the best in this new venture

What a fantastic time we had last week planning and designing the International Women's Day 2022 with Ministry of Gender Malawi Norwegian Church Aid Malawi Youth Wave Malawi and their partners. It was truly such an honor working with such elite organizations as we continue to learn that in order to break the bias that exists in our society between men and women, we need to strike some sort of balance by involving women.

A huge thank you to our team that worked tirelessly day and night to ensure this happened in such a short space of time and for coming in last minute on the decor.
