About a month ago, Vyatowa Events got a call from Save the Children Malawi to plan and manage a project dissemination conference with the theme "Celebrating 13 Years of Breakthroughs and Transforming Lives of Children in Zomba."
The team was able to pull everything together in two weeks! From information collection, designing graphics, capturing and editing documentaries, vendor sourcing, venue bookings and timely set ups. We leveled up on thinking on our feet 🙌🏾.
We would like to thank Save the Children for the opportunity to showcase Vyatowa's ideas and plans as well as letting the team be part of this milestone. The faith in our team by such a prominent organization that decided to exhibit trust in an event planner is breath-taking as most events in Malawi are in-house in that organizations do not involve event planners but rather a few selected individuals from their workforce.
We would also like to give a big shout-out to SoundAddicts, Angelic Touch Decor MW, Comtech Mw, Felistus Nya-uyu Ngwira, Music Crossroads Malawi Illustrative Arts, Inspiral and many others for the job well done as you worked in line with the time we were given to curate a spectacular event.
