Slow cooker Beef Stew

Ingredients
1kg Meat
2 TBS Oil
2 Big Tomatoes
1Yellow Pepper
1 Green Pepper
1 big Oniob
Garlic
Half tsp Curry powder
1tsp Beef spice of your choice
Half tsp Maizena
Salt.

How to make it

Cut meat in cubes and put in the slow cooker,add garlic
Let it cook for not more than 5 hrs

In a pan drizzle some oil ,fry onions add spices and cook for a minute,then add tomatoes, cook for another 4 -5 minutes until stew is properly done. Then add the cooked meat and Peppers, dilute half teaspoon of Maizena in half cup water and add to the pan, let is simmer for 2 minutes.

Serve with Rice.
