This picture was taken after our closing ceremony of the 9th “Mystical Music retreat”

To this day over 100 participants and students have been in a retreat or training with us. Some even retuning several times.

It’s really exiting to see how this community has grown to something so much bigger than we ever imagined 🌈 Looking forward to meeting more of you in the future ❣️

One of the joys of gathering in retreat is the opportunity to deeply connect with likeminded beings. In an environment that nurtures authenticity, our encounters with others transcends the normal boundaries and limitations and we are able to tenderly relate our hearts. This often leads to lifelong friendships being formed regardless of social backgrounds and identities.

With 10 retreats and trainings and more than a hundred souls having passed through our program, the family continues to grow. It’s a blessing for us to see how this little seed that we once planted is growing into something so much bigger than we would have ever imagined 🌱

During the ice bath we get a powerful meeting with our mind. It starts to make up all kinds of stories to convince us to get out of the cold. When we stay present and calm even though our mind is raging we overcome our limitations and build resilience.

Remember that even a small change in your thinking today can lead to massive alterations in the long run.

Here we are gathered around the tubs preparing for an ice bath 🧊 It has actually become one of our favorite workshops during the retreat! We all support each other with singing and drumming as we take turns facing our fears and challenging our limits in the ice bath.

We are two certified Wim Hof instructors so we guarantee you are safe and in good hands 🙏
