Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta 😋😋😋
Ingredients
1 cup heavy cream
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine works well)
1 lb chicken breast, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced

Drunken Noodles
Ingredients
8 Ounces of Pappardelle noodles, wide fettuccine noodles work well also.
1 pound Spicy Italian Sausage
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 large can crushed tomatoes
½ cup white wine
1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
3 cloves freshly minced garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
3 tsp parsley flakes
¼ cup Basil leaves, sliced very thin
Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste, optional
Instructions
FIRST STEP:
Cook your choice of pasta according to the package directions.

When Al Dente’, drain and rinse and set to the side

SECOND STEP:
In a large skillet, add the Olive Oil and heat on medium heat

Crumble the Italian Spicy sausage and cooked until thoroughly done

Once cooked, remove from the pan and set to the side

THIRD STEP:
If needed, add oil to the pan if there is not enough of the sausage drippings and then add the onion to the pan, add in the italian seasoning, the red and yellow peppers

Stir in the garlic, add in salt and pepper to taste

FOURTH STEP:
Add the white wine and let simmer and cook down a bit. After a couple of minutes you can add in the tomatoes and the meat can go back into the pan

Remove from the heat, add in the basiland the parsley

FIFTH STEP:
Add in the drained pasta and use tongs to toss and combine.

1 box brownie mix
1 extra-large egg

2 containers whipped topping (8 oz. each)
1 package instant chocolate pudding (3 oz.)
1 package instant vanilla pudding (3 oz.)
3 1/2 cups milk
1 Hershey bar (grated) or chocolate syrup for topping
Directions:
Prep the Brownie Mix:
1. Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the brownie mix box. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2. Follow the instructions on the brownie mix box to prepare the brownie batter. Add the extra-large egg and mix well.
3. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and bake according to the package instructions. Let it cool completely.
Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer:
4. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
5. Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue to mix until well combined.
6. Fold in one container of whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Ingredients:
12 oz penne pasta
1 lb chicken breast, diced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Sear chicken in olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper. Set aside.

8 oz lo mein noodles

2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce

GARLIC BUTTER CHICKEN BALLS WITH CREAMY PARMESAN PASTA 🍗🧄🧀

Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil

For the Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried thyme

For the Pasta:
8 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained

Directions:
Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix well and shape into small balls.
Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook meatballs until golden brown and fully cooked. Set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and thyme. Simmer until thickened.
Toss cooked pasta in the sauce and serve with chicken balls on top.
