Ingredients:
8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
1 lb chicken breast, cubed
2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup cream cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup chopped parsley (for garnish)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

2️⃣ Season and Cook the Chicken:

Season the cubed chicken with Cajun seasoning, paprika, and garlic powder.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken until golden brown and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes). Remove from the skillet and set aside.

3️⃣ Prepare the Sauce:

In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well.

½ cup all-purpose flour

2 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

For Serving:

Cooked penne pasta (or your choice of pasta)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken:

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off any excess.

2️⃣ Cook the Chicken:

Instructions:

1️⃣ Cook the Spaghetti:

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti until tender yet firm to the bite (about 12 minutes). Drain, toss with 1 tbsp olive oil, and set aside.

2️⃣ Cook the Bacon:

In a large skillet, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy (about 10 minutes). Drain the bacon on paper towels, reserving 2 tbsp of bacon fat in the skillet.

1 lb Italian sausage (see note)

½ medium onion, chopped

4 cloves garlic, minced

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

2 (24 oz) jars marinara sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Cheese Layer:

8 oz cream cheese (1 block), softened

8 oz ricotta cheese

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp dried oregano

Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat and Prep:

Preheat your oven to 375°F and move the rack to the top third of the oven.

2️⃣ Make the Cheese Layer:

In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and oregano. Stir until smooth. Set aside.

For the Spaghetti:

¼ cup olive oil

2 tsp red chili flakes, or to taste

6 oz dry spaghetti

Salt, to taste

1 tbsp finely chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Tomato Broth:

Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and saute until golden and fragrant, about 1 minute.

Stir in tomato puree, water, and salt. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, then reduce to low and keep warm.

2️⃣ Cook the Spaghetti:

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chili flakes and heat until they sizzle, about 1 minute.

2 stalks celery, sliced

2 carrots, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ tsp dried thyme

3 tbsp plain/all-purpose flour

1 litre (4 cups) chicken or vegetable stock

2 bay leaves

100g (½ cup) wild rice

3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks

375ml (1 ½ cups) single/light cream or half-and-half

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Cook the Sausage:

Heat olive oil in a large soup pot over medium heat. Remove the sausage from the casings and add to the pot. Break up the sausage with a spatula and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove the sausage to a plate. If the sausage is very fatty, drain excess fat, leaving about 2 tbsp in the pot.

2️⃣ Sauté the Vegetables:

In the same pot, add the chopped onion, celery, and sliced carrots. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes until softened.

Add minced garlic and thyme, and cook for 30 seconds longer.

3️⃣ Make the Roux:

Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and stir to combine with the fat, forming a paste. Cook for 2 minutes.

Return the cooked sausage to the pot.

½ cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Cook the Bowtie Pasta:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of the pasta cooking water, then drain and set aside.

2️⃣ Cook the Beef Mixture:

Ingredients:
2 cups grated carrots
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
In another bowl, whisk eggs, oil, and vanilla, then combine with dry ingredients.
Fold in grated carrots and walnuts.
Pour batter into a greased 9-inch round pan and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
Cool completely before frosting.
For frosting, beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened - $2.00
1/2 cup powdered sugar - $0.50
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour - $0.25
1/4 teaspoon salt - $0.02
1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped - $1.00
1/2 cup pistachios, shelled and chopped - $1.50
1 teaspoon vanilla extract - $0.25
1 tablespoon granulated sugar (for sprinkling) - $0.10

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
Slowly add in the flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
Stir in the chopped cranberries and pistachios, ensuring an even distribution throughout the dough.
On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a log shape. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

DECADENT NO-BAKE GERMAN CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE

Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs (such as Oreo, without the filling)
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
1 ½ cups heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
For the German Chocolate Topping:
½ cup evaporated milk
½ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup unsalted butter
2 large egg yolks, beaten
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
½ cup chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Make the Crust:
Combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until the texture resembles wet sand.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan, creating an even layer. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
2. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gradually mix in the melted chocolate until fully incorporated.
Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Pour the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours, or until set.
3. Make the German Chocolate Topping:

Ingredient:
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
