Private Dinner Birthday

It was our pleasure to serve a private birthday dinner party for this fabulous group of friends visiting SMA The MENU: 1. Jicama, watermelon cucumber salad with cotija, seeds and pineapple mezcal dressing 2. Crispy red chili and garlic mushroom blue corn tostadas with pickled onions and sour cream 3. Dragon fruit sorbet palate cleanser 4. Sous vide filet minion mole rosa with pink pine nuts and pink peppercorns accompanied by butter grilled baby corn and refried white beans. 5. Layered spiced Mexican chocolate mousse cake with house made salted caramel ice cream A great finale before spring break with four stories to clime from kitchen to dining table we got our workout done before the long Easter weekend of festivities.
