Namaste everyone, and welcome on my my hula hoop page. I made this page because i am intending to give hula hoop classes this summer, around Haarlem/Amsterdam, Zurich and Berlin. On this page i will post details about this, and also share different videos of me dancing with the hula hoop in different places around the world.
For the last 9 years i have been enjoying to dance with the hula hoop. One of the things i love about the hoop is to really dance and whirl with it, and getting in a state of trance. The last years i have been surrounded by iraní músicas and whirling dancers, and got inspired to whirl more and more.
In the classes i want to give, and gave in the past, i want to put the focus not only on learning tricks, but also on dancing and whirling with the hoop, to find a natural flow of movement and dance with yourself while hooping.
