Mitzi is Mexican, Raul is from Peru, they and their family live in Dallas. Their guests flew to Yucatan from Dallas, Colima, Lima and other cities in Mexico, the United States and South America to accompany them on this very special day. Mitzi and Raul were a couple who let us guide them, we appreciate their trust and letting us work calmly and patiently to make their wedding just as they had dreamed in the budget they shared with us.

We met Mila and Christian because they were guests at a wedding we planned and coordinated. As part of the weekend activities to celebrate Susan and John’s wedding with their family and close friends, we planned a private experience that included swimming in a cenote, a private lunch, and a bike ride. Look how much fun they had!

Susan and John live in Colorado and chose Yucatan to celebrate their wedding with their closest family and friends. For several months we carefully planned the activities and accommodations for all their guests. For the wedding day they chose to hold their ceremony and swear eternal love in front of a Mayan pyramid. It was a spectacular night.

In 2024, Maddy and Manuel’s wedding was one of our favorite events. Living in NYC, the expectation for this wedding was very high, but they were very clear, they explained to us exactly what they had in mind, they wanted to pamper their guests. The result was beautiful, and their guests enjoyed their wedding very much. Thank you for trusting our work.

Today our heart is deeply sad to have to say goodbye to you, our dear Carol. Rosas & Xocolate will not be the same without your presence, but we have many memories with you.
