“I would rate this team 10 stars if I could! Elsa, MJ, and the entire Palms team did an amazing job and made our wedding a day we will never forget. The entire planning process with this team over a year and a half was made so smooth with these ladies by our side. Any question I had, they immediately responded with a scheduled zoom call with a smile on their face ready to go over any worries or questions. To say they go above and beyond is an understatement. It was so nice to have a team anticipate any question we had without us even having to ask. We will miss our weekly zoom calls with them, as we consider them genuine friends now. Having a wedding in a different country with 100 guests was a daunting task for us, and the Palms team made it all possible. The day of the wedding at Flora Farms was magical and countless guests complimented how amazing our planners were the next day, mentioning how smooth and flawless the entire day was and many telling us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Elsa also had to sew the back tulle portion of my dress onto me an hour before the ceremony and completed that with ease, a smile, and really allowed me to be stress free. These ladies really do it all! Brides - having wedding planners that you trust can make or break your entire planning process, and trust me when I say there is no question you will be in great hands with this team!!! Easily the best decision we made. THANK YOU Palms!”
