✨槟州华人大会堂代表团启程访问四川省　
🤝深化两地经贸文化合作

为进一步加强与中国四川省归国华侨联合会及人大常委的友好交流与合作，槟州华人大会堂主席丹斯里陈坤海博士上校率领代表团一行十一人，于2025年11月12日至17日赴中国四川省进行友好访问。此次访问应四川省侨联及人大常委会之邀请，旨在深化槟城与四川在经贸、文化、教育等领域的务实合作，推动马中民间交流不断迈向新高度。

🤝延续情谊，深化合作
回顾过去，2024年9月11日，中国四川省人大常委会及四川省归国华侨联合会代表团曾莅临槟州华人大会堂访问交流。双方就促进中马两国在经贸与文化领域的合作进行了深入探讨，并共同见证了槟华堂与成都市侨联签署合作协议书，为两地往来奠定了坚实基础，意义深远。
本次访问，是对去年友好交流成果的延续与深化，标志着两地侨团合作迈入新的阶段。

在热情洋溢的夜晚，槟城前进体育会成立39周年庆晚宴于 2025年11月8日在槟城华人大会堂宴会厅盛大举行。
现场座无虚席，来自各领域的体育人士、教练、运动员及社会贤达齐聚一堂，共同庆祝这充满意义的里程碑时刻。

39年来，前进体育会不仅推动全民运动与健康生活，更积极投身慈善公益。今年更为银禧安老院筹获逾37万令吉善款，以实际行动诠释体育精神的温度。

槟州首席部长曹观友在致辞中指出，体育不仅能凝聚社区，更能激发社会关怀精神，而前进体育会正是这份信念的最佳典范。
会长拿督林子辉亦表示，即便尚未拥有自己的会所，前进体育会始终以行动点亮他人之路——这就是「前进」最动人的意义。

🏅✨ Moving Forward in Sports and Spirit ✨🏅
On the evening of November 8, 2025, the Penang Forward Sports Club marked its 39th Anniversary Celebration Dinner at the Banquet Hall of Penang Chinese Town Hall, gathering athletes, coaches, community leaders, and sports enthusiasts for a truly inspiring night.

For nearly four decades, the club has embodied the spirit of unity, discipline, and compassion — promoting healthy living while giving back to society.
This year, PFSC raised over RM372,000 for the Silver Jubilee Home for the old folks, showing that sports can indeed touch lives beyond the field.

Penang Chief Minister YAB Chow Kon Yeow commended the club for being a shining example of how sports can build stronger, more caring communities.
Club chairman Dato’ Lim also shared that while the club has yet to build its own place, but it has never stopped moving forward — instead, it continues to light the way for others.

To all who dedicate their passion to sports — thank you for keeping Penang’s sporting spirit alive and shining bright! 💪

🕊️ 缅怀先烈，铭记历史，珍惜和平
今早11时11分，亚依淡交通圈旁的抗战纪念碑举行了华侨抗战殉职机工暨罹难同胞纪念碑公祭仪式。场面庄严肃穆，逾八十个团体代表齐聚一堂，向为国捐躯的南侨机工与罹难同胞致以最崇高的敬意。
槟州华人大会堂的代表出席者包括主祭华堂副主席拿督郑荣兴、拿督王益辉上校、准拿督黄明毅硕士、准拿督陈剑豪、拿督洪杰生、邱武才、傅金钟、李源春和王美才。
华堂副主席拿督郑荣兴在致辞中表示，南侨机工是和平的守护者，他们无惧战火、勇往直前，用生命换来了今日的安宁。他呼吁大家继续传承南侨机工精神，以史为鉴，守护和平。
“当年他们舍身为国，是为了让后人不再经历战争的痛苦。铭记历史，不只是追忆，更是提醒我们要珍惜当下。”

The Persatuan Taiji Pulau Pinang 53rd Anniversary Celebration Dinner was held in grandeur on November 3, 2025, at the Banquet Hall of Penang Chinese Town Hall, bringing together a night of unity, gratitude, and celebration.
During his speech, YB Daniel Gooi Zi Sen, Penang State EXCO for Youth, Sports, and Health, proposed a collaborative initiative with the association to promote a “Tai Chi for All” movement, encouraging more citizens to stay active and healthy through Tai Chi practice.
He also emphasized that sports are not only about competition, but also the foundation of public health and community harmony. Over the past 53 years, the association has been a vital force in promoting Tai Chi culture and holistic wellness in Penang.
🌿 With the theme “Green Living, Sustainable Health”, the evening symbolized balance, vitality, and the harmony between body, mind, and nature.
Persatuan Taiji Pulau Pinang Chairman Alex Tang highlighted that Tai Chi is not just an exercise—it is a philosophy and a legacy to be passed down through generations.

In commemoration of the 80th Anniversary of World War II Victory, Penang Chinese Town Hall, together with Penang Philomathic Union, proudly presents the cultural performance “A Night of Peace” on November 11, 2025 (Tuesday) at 8:00 PM at Penang Chinese Town Hall.
The cultural performance will be a heartfelt artistic tribute blending documentary narration, poetry recitation, vocal performances, and a historical musical theatre piece titled “Thrive: The History Chapter”, which jointly presented by Hui Yin Seh and The Sun Theatre. The evening will also feature a photo exhibition commemorating “The 80th Anniversary of the Victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance and the World Anti-Fascist War.”

PERKESO与人力资源部（Kementerian Sumber Manusia）携手举办的2025年屠妖节庆典（Deepavali PERKESO LINDUNG 2025），以“守护全民、传递关怀”为主题，于2025年10月17日在槟城华人大会堂隆重举行。
庆典上，槟州首席部长曹观友，人力资源部长沈志强，以及PERKESO主席拿督斯里苏巴汉卡玛（Dato’ Sri Subahan Kamal）亲临出席，为活动增添光彩。
在和谐与感恩的氛围中，PERKESO捐助超过RM108,500予13位受惠者，并向遗属及孤儿送上节日礼金与关怀礼篮，同时也为10家非政府组织（NGO）提供RM100,000的CSR援助金。

Under the radiant lights of Deepavali, the spirit of unity and compassion illuminated Penang Chinese Town Hall! 💜
The Deepavali PERKESO LINDUNG 2025 celebration, jointly organized by PERKESO and the Ministry of Human Resources (KESUMA), was held on 17 October 2025, at Penang Chinese Town Hall to spread the message of protection, care, and togetherness for all.
The event was graced by YAB Chow Kon Yeow, Chief Minister of Penang; YB Steven Sim Chee Keong, Minister of Human Resources; and YBhg. Dato’ Sri Subahan Kamal, Chairman of PERKESO.
In a heartwarming atmosphere, PERKESO contributed over RM108,500 to 13 benefit recipients and extended gifts and Deepavali tokens to widows, widowers, and orphans. In addition, RM100,000 in CSR donations were presented to 10 NGOs to support local communities.
🌟 People from diverse backgrounds came together to celebrate the Festival of Lights in harmony and friendship. From glowing lamps to bright smiles, every moment reflected love, hope, and togetherness.
