Berikut adalah panduan panduan dan terma serta syarat bagi acara Tangsestra ini:
- keutamaan kemasukan akan diberikan kepada yang telah membuat RSVP dan menunjukkan bukti RSVP.
-sila pastikan anda merancang perjalanan dan masa kedatangan anda di acara tangsestra dengan mengambil kira jenis pintu masuk dan juga masa pembukaan pintu-pintu acara.
- kemasukan RSVP ke tapak acara akan diselenggarakan mengikut KADAR MAXIMUM KAPASITI tapak acara. Sehingga mencecah kadar maximum kehadiran, pihak penganjur akan MENUTUP pintu masuk utama (*pintu 1 dan 2-sila rujuk venue poster)
-kemasukan RSVP adalah berdasarkan “FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS”. (Sila rancang masa perjalanan anda)
