Hoffnungs started out as a talent management agency, Hoffnungs Talent Resources, in 2008. From this humble beginning, we branched out into wedding planning and event organizing (from children’s educational camps to corporate events in MICE). With our combined expertise in the respective fields, we were able to incorporate digital marketing into our work portfolio. From Facebook, Twitter

to Instagram and new apps in the communications industry, we are able to provide a fine mix of services to give full brand exposure to supplement product / corporate branding with above-the-line as well as below-the-line advertising. Our People

1. Responsible for independent module development tasks and system interface development;
2. Independently completed coding, unit testing and related documents according to the development specification and process.
3. Solve the problems existing in the system and ensure the stable operation of the system;

Job requirements:
1. Degree in Computer Science, major in computer software or equivalent;
2. More than 3 years of development experience;
3. Proficient in Java virtual machine tuning and familiar with the memory management principle of Java virtual machine
4. Grasp the current mainstream Java framework (Spring, Spring MVC, a Spring cloud, dubbo, zookeeper, Mybatis, Struts, Hibernate, etc.) the basic principle of.
5. Familiar with and equipped with two database systems such as oracle, mysql, sybase and db2, and have certain experience in SQL optimization;
6. Proficient in using Tomcat, WebLogic and other web application servers, and familiar with the server configuration principle; Familiar with the management and operation of an operating system (Linux).
7. Proficient in HTML, Css, Jquery,bootstrap and other web development technologies; familiar with Json, Xml and other data protocols; familiar with relevant caching technologies such as redis and memcache;

1. According to the project description, design document, operation manual, etc., do the preparation work before the test to ensure the product test is planned and standardized.
2. Prepare test plan according to the project plan to ensure the quality and schedule of the project.
3. According to the test plan, ensure that defects are basically eliminated before the software is released.
4. According to the test results, repeatedly communicate with the development department about the test situation, correct the defects found in the test and improve the performance of the software.
5. Track application defects until they meet the release standards, analyze and promote the solution of online problems, and continuously summarize and improve the test methods and procedures to ensure the quality of products.

Qualifications:
1. Educational requirements:
- College degree or above, 3 years or above experience in Web or App software testing.
2. Ability requirements:
-Knowledge of software engineering theory, familiar with software test theory and test method.
- Able to design and write test scripts and test cases, proficient in using various test tools.
- Familiar with one of Junit/gtest/unittest frameworks.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure, strong sense of responsibility, meticulous, patient.
3. Priority:
- Financial industry testing experience is preferred.
- Ability to write automated test tools or scripts is preferred.
- Priority in writing test automation tools and building test automation platform.

4. Experience in architecture design and reconstruction of large-scale Internet projects is preferred;
5. Proficient in the use of RXJava, Retrofit and other technologies;
6. Familiar with Android custom View and animation development;
7. Proficient in multi-threading and Android network communication mechanism; Have a deep understanding and experience of Socket communication, TCP/IP and HTTP, and have good programming ideas; Familiar with SVN or Git and other related code management tools;
