A brief intro to one of Sabah's most famous n most recognizable artistes before he calls It a day. My life story written by a young gifted writer Roslan in the form of a book should be out before the end of the year. In the book Peter share how being born from a poor family he survived by selling bottles scrounged from dustbins around Tuaran, selling fruits n native leaves called sireh, gambir, pinang, sigup n other native products I'm the market just to earn a few cents like 20 cents to fill his stomach during recess time in St John school.while helping his mother sell fruits like langsat, mangoes,n bottles. Life was hard then but Peter helped in whatever way he could to augmeng the family meager income. Peter father sang solo in church n that's how he inherited his father's singing voice. To be continued how Peter found fame as a singer

The legendary singer is famous for his super hits songs such as Iziau Iziau Iziau (Kau Kau Kau), Mama, Lain Kali Lah, Mombit Kombit and many more!

Peter gained his international fame when he performed and promoted Sabah during the Shanghai International Expo. He was the only artist from Sabah that was invited to perform there. Peter was awarded as Penyanyi Sepanjang Zaman by Sabah State Government. In addition, he also won many other State awards such as Penyanyi Paling Popular, Persembahan Terbaik, Lirik Lagu Terbaik for Mama and many more. Furthermore, he is also into movies where he produced and acted in two TV Dramas, Lara Balung River and Cynthia D Hujung Borneo!
