Precious Moments Planner budded from a deep love and genuine passion to make every celebrative occasion unforgettably successful, precious moments. Its founder and consultant, Chee Evan is inclined for the challenges of meticulous and detailed planning. She also possesses a keen passion for the glitter and excitement of event planning, particularly corporate and wedding events.
A seasoned decorator and planner, Evan accumulated a vast array of decorative ideas and experiences for parties & weddings since 1995. From a humble start with decorative works at house parties, restaurants & hotels; she grew and eventually oversee larger scale of events at charity auctions and weddings. Later, she launched her own company, Precious Moments Planner, in 2003 and is regularly called upon for her unique talents and expertise at corporate and wedding functions.
