ion. A seasoned decorator and planner, Evan accumulated a vast array of decorative ideas and experiences for parties & weddings since 1995. From a humble start with decorative works at house parties, restaurants & hotels; she grew and eventually oversaw larger scale of events at charity auctions and weddings. Later, she launched her own company, Precious Moments Planner, in 2003 and is regularly called upon for her unique talents and expertise at corporate and wedding functions. We will do our utmost best to bring the best out of your budget and ideas, because at Precious Moments Planner, it is our vision and mission to make every precious moment an unforgettably unique and successful one.
