Traditionally simmered in a Chinese stove, we've come up with the most straightforward way to induce charred and sparkling BBQ Pork at domestic. Braised in a wok then popped into the broiler to realize the the notorious char in Char Siew prepared by us that suits to any occasion which will give you a life long experience after tasting them.

1kg pork collar
2 tbsp hoisin sauce (alternative Marmite Sauce (Extract Yeast)
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp light soya sauce
