Job Title: Admin & HR Executive (Senior Position)

Job Description: -

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Admin & HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various Admin & HR Executive tasks to ensure smooth operations within the company.

Responsibilities:
Administration:
• Handling new application (Banking, Government, Company Secretary & etc).
• Manage company vehicle (documents, renewal & etc)
• Budget Monthly office and branch expenses.
• Manage office administration tasks such as maintaining office supplies, handling correspondence, and coordinating office events.
• Handle company property and equipment.
• Handle vendors office supplies related matters.
• Responsible for all the company acquire.
Human Resources:
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration, including processing payroll, managing employee benefits programs, and addressing payroll-related queries including company insurance and tenancy agreements.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
• Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
• To assist and liaise with statutory bodies on matters relating to EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax as well as HRDF.
• Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations to protect the interests of both the company and its employees. Also handle solicitors and company secretary as well.
• Support senior management in strategic HR planning and policy development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience working in Administrative and HR roles.
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Working experience 3 – 5 years.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Global Network & Sales Support (Junior Exec) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various Global Network & Sales Support (Junior Exec) tasks to ensure smooth operations within the company.

Position Overview:
As a Global Network & Sales Support (Junior Exec) you will play a crucial role in assisting Executives and customer supports in providing accurate shipment progress includes handling on RFQ preparation to ensure complete task provided before the deadline given.

Key Responsibilities:
• Attending & replying to enquiries
• Liaise with oversea & local agents & customers.
• Assisting senior exec on creating quotation & cost budget creation.
• Willing travel for local overseas.
• Creating job number and handover to customer service support.
• Update time-to-time shipment progress.
• Assist in planning RFQ preparation to ensure that deadline are met.
• Provide top-of-the-class freight services with the highest reliability and at the most affordable professional fees.
• Build and maintain close connections with the best airlines to ensure optimal service for clients.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive quotations in response to client requests.
• Collaborate with managers to finalize bid details and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Conduct sales reporting to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the freight or logistics industry.
• Able to handle Microsoft office & Logistic Software (training will be provided).
• Good command in English and Malay is a must. (Writing & Oral)
• Additional language will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in bid preparation, deadline management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
