. Celebrating her Spanish-Filipino heritage, Kate created her signature Ube Pancheesal (Purple Yam Cheese Bun) and her iconic Purple Ube (Yam) Cake which was enjoyed by family and friends alike. Other signature Filipino-Spanish buns like Ensaimada and Spanish roll and other unique cakes like Pandan Coconut and Spanish cake were also part of the menu selection. Came along Aaron, who was captivated with the Spanish rolls shares the same food passion and saw the potential as a Spanish-Filipino home bakery to offer to Filipino and Malaysian alike living in the state of Selangor and the capital city Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Together this venture of Kate's Home Bakery continues to thrive further with the creation of custom cakes and expansion of the Spanish-Filipino menu.
