-Respond to queries from customers
-Provide good customer service
-Upsell & cross-sell to prospective customers
-Assist in other administrative works including: i) coordinate with delivery personnel, ii) manage sequence of orders by delivery time, iii) print message cards and ensure all orders contain correct message content
Requirements:
-Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
-Able to work 5.5 days a week
-Friendly and socially confident
-Fresh graduates with no working experience are encouraged to apply for this job
-Able to commute to and work in Petaling Jaya (our address is within walking distance from Kelana Jaya Line LRT station)
-Able to work overtime during peak periods (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day)

Do you know that each stalk of lily has multiple flower heads? The flower heads on the same stalk of lily also bloom at different speed.
We recommend our customers to pre-order for lily bouquets (one week in advance) to ensure the flowers are in perfect bloom upon delivery 😉
