Dear Ashley and Define Moments team,
I truly have no words for your amazing service - from the day I met with Ashley and through all of the difficult and funny moments, you never failed to accommodate my wonky never ending requests. Thank you for always meeting me halfway and lending words of reassurance in the times i needed the most. Thank you for treating my family so kindly & taking accountability throughout all the ups and downs - you and your team were indeed stars! I cannot recommend define moments enough for anyone looking to plan and execute their events - they do not ever try to throw basic/cookie cutter solutions at you and listen to your wants and needs to make your event be the best ever. Planning Sharan & Del’s wedding was definitely one of the most fun and entertaining wedding we’ve ever planned! This couple has so much love and kindness to give and I enjoyed every moment planning their special day(s) with them! From the church wedding, to the Mayan ceremony, to their Sangeet Night, vows on the rooftop and reception dinner! Sharan & Del knew exactly what they wanted and we turned it into reality for them.

Our first Christmas Tree decorating for a special client of ours. The theme was Gold, white & silver.

It was also our first time doing a real live Christmas pine tree! Definitely a challenge, but was worth every moment of it. With the smell of the tree, definitely gave the Christmas feels.

We were given the opportunity to decorate Maya’s 2nd birthday at .
The theme was hot air balloons! And we definitely got carried away with it.
We did a simple backdrop with the side balloon garland, but with a Hot air balloon photo prop about 5ft in height ! We also did a few centre pieces suiting the theme.
All in all, it was definitely a delight to see maya and her paw parents enjoying her birthday party !

This is us, a fun and bubbly duo, and this is how we became the founders of Defin3 Moments.

From church acquaintance to choir members to laughing buddies and now business partners.

It all started about 10 years back when Amanda and myself with a few really good friends of ours started helping out our close family and friends with their wedding planning and decorating, and we would all just joke around and say that we should start a wedding planning business together as we all had the same interests in decorating!

Fast forward to May 2022 during Amanda’s wedding was when Amanda and I realised that we both worked really well together planning and executing and decorating for weddings. And that was how the idea of Defin3 Moments was formed.
And the rest is history !
