"Keanu macamana you boleh kurus? " is a question I get ALOT lately. Grateful for my weight loss but to stay consistent, fit and healthy is kinda the hardest part. It does get easier though, with my Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra. Here are some of my most used modes when working out:
Multi-sports.
I get to select up to 3 types of different workouts I wanna do in a single streak, which saves time for me to select them manually one by one. Mine are the pretty basic ones; cycling, jogging on the treadmill then finishing off with a 10 minute run. You can customize yours to YOUR liking.
Routine.
This one is best if you have a set workout routine, mixing your cardio workouts and weights. While it's pretty similar to multi sports, this one allows you to add more than 5 types of workouts to do at one go, down to even the minutes, reps and sets you want for each workout.
Race mode.
If you're like me who either walks or runs through the same route everyday, this mode is great keep track of your progress and to beat your previous record.
