—Dr. Lim Ka Tiek (KT) is a certified Mindfulness-Based Strategic Awareness Training (MBSAT) teacher by Dr Juan Humberto Young and Professor Jochen Reb of Singapore Management University. KT is an authorized Joy of Living (JOL) 1 workshop facilitator for Tergar Asia.
KT has 30 years of experience in the active application of mindfulness. He gained much of this experience while working in a stressful environment. He was the former Senior Director of Advanced Manufacturing Technology and Master Black Belt of Lean Six Sigma for a Multinational Corporation.

1. 需关注主办单位IG、面子书、小红书。
2. 在面子书点赞、转发心仪的 “你如何看待死亡” 作品，并在心仪作品留言区@ 3位朋友。
3. 活动截止日期为15/3/2024。
4. 主办单位将随机抽取2位得奖者获得限量周边产品。
5. 奖品必须在领奖通告日期的一个月期限内到金宝优大学生事务处或活动现场领取。
6. 主办单位保留对任何活动项目取消、变更或修改权力。

“Embracing the Inevitable: Choosing to Live with Awareness of Our End“【Talks& Sharings Series】

This talk delves into the bittersweet truth of our transient existence. The realisation that our time is limited can be terrifying, but it's also a powerful nudge to live richer, more intentional lives. It's an invitation to find the beauty in the fleeting, forge bonds that truly matter, and to hold each moment dearly, infusing it with presence, purpose, and meaning.

—The speaker, Evone is a practising clinical psychologist since 2014, and is also a part-time lecturer. She mainly works with adults in psychotherapy, within the Psychoanalytic and Existential framework, and finds personal interest in the understanding of death and meaning.

《一人一故事剧团：破茧》【工作坊系列】
— Rasa Sayang一人一故事剧团
一人一故事剧场（Playback Theatre）是一种即兴剧场，其演出并无预定的剧本，透过来自现场观众口述的亲身经验，演员在聆听后以形体、声音或话剧形式实时呈现，作为礼物回赠观众。
在一场演出里，观众会欣赏到不同人士的故事被演绎，故事与故事之间往往存在着一种仿似互相对话的微妙关系。你在看着别人的故事，也在看着自己的故事。

谈生死可以不再是一种忌讳，让我们用一杯咖啡的时间聊生死。
来自英国的 Jon Underwood 深被 Bernard Crettaz 所启发而创办生死咖啡馆。它的宗旨是希望谈论生死可以在社会里更普及化，同时也让参与者更珍惜生命。
