3D DESIGNER

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all events conceptualization and visual presentation.
• Research on projects relevance and develop mood board and design for assigned projects.
• To work closely with projects teams in brainstorming for design and conceptualization.
• Make sure designs satisfy client and corporate requirements, are within budget, and are delivered within deadline

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• At least 2 or 3 year(s) of working experience in the related Event Management Industry / Activation in mall
• Required Skill(s): 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, IIlustrator, Graphic Design. Knowledge in graphics will be advantage
• Candidate must poses own transportation
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
• Candidates with lower experience can be consider

EVENT CORDINATOR

Responsibilities:
• To plan, brainstorm with the designer team of the event, keeping in mind the requirements of the client budget and spending plan.
• He/she is responsible for managing supplier relationships and ordering and production of products, equipment and items.
• Able to communicate with the client regularly and understanding their needs, event expectations and requirements.
• You are also require to be on the site to inspect the on going arrangements, preparations and the changes needed to suit as to ensure it goes smoothly and has no glitches.
• Should be creative enough to come up with interesting ideas regularly
• Expert at planning budgets, negotiating and communicating with the clients

Requirements:
• Ability to handle stress and work extra hours if necessary
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Mass Communication
• Must be able to work independently with good problem solving skills
• An ability to multi-task and an eye for details.
• Aggressive and self-motivated
• Must posses own transportation and be willing to travel (outstation/overseas)
• At least 3 years experience in the related field
