In conjunction with this 🇲🇾 weekend, we will be screening Adiwiraku, a film about teacher Cheryl Ann Fernando and her struggles and successes in teaching in a rural school in Kedah. The movie won Best Film at the 29th Malaysian Film Festival 📽

Let’s get our Merdeka spirit on and watch this film together under the stars ✨

🍿 It’s free seating on the beach so bring your own mat
🍿 Beach chairs are available on a first come first serve basis
🍿 What’s in the snack box? Samosas, spring rolls, slices of butter cake and ice lemon tea 😋
🍿 What do I need to use special headphones? The 🎧are the only way you can hear the audio from the movie. Without them, you’ll be watching a silent film 🤫
