Responsibilities:
•Ideation, planning and ex*****on for all types of events
•Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts
•Propose trends, technology and leading innovations for new event formats (including digital) and collaborate with the team on themes and installations for big event
•Manage and execute virtual events and meetings
•Handling budgeting and invoicing
•Sourcing, Liaising and negotiating with vendors
•Collaborate with Operations team on the ex*****on of events
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:
•At least 2 years of relevant experience in event planning and management, communication or project management
•Exceptional budget management, negotiation and organisational skills; track record of effectively managing given budgets, detail oriented
•Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels in an organisation and with clients and external vendors
•Ability to work under tight & multiple datelines and ensure timely deliverable at all times
•Knowledge in Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point is compulsory
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Have a creative and innovative mindset, digitally savvy

We require our candidates to have a strong show reel as well as display great potential in editing and expertise in non linear editing programs as well as adobe after effects. What a wild ride! To feel the adrenaline, excitement and energy that you only get in a live event as we ran a lineup of 70 live original programmes in this week long live stream for PNB. Props to our wonderful team of over 100 crew working in studio and remotely to build this makeshift television studio from scratch and to conceptualize, script and shoot all off it in record pace. A technical and mental feat which has reached well over 3 million viewers and counting. Shows you can still go big in these times.
