Next Saturday is Paella Day at La Unica our family owned restaurant. Pre-order only, enjoy my paella as much as I enjoy it preparing it!

Pre-order only and pick up at 5pm

If you couldn't enjoy it last month you have an opportunity to try my paella next Saturday, the emblematic Spanish dish prepared with saffroned rice, mussels, chicken, clams, chorizo, calamari, bell peppers, shrimps, and artichoke hearts!

ENCHILADAS
We prepare them traditional (with chicken), Vegetarian (with Cheese), try them at La Unica, here the red ones but we have them green, or with Mole sauce.

We have the VEGETARIAN version of them too!

Leave the cooking to us, we have your dinner ready to go for you, guacamole and chips, rice, beans, two salsas, tortillas and your cjoicenof; chicken fajitas, meatballs with chipotle sauce, cochinita pibil (shredded pork), or crispy chicken tacos, carving for dessert…We have churros (baked), tres leches cake, or flan.

Last Saturday’s paella was at Sea Bright NJ where we cooked 300 portions for the VNA Health Group for their 2024 Beach Ball fundraising event at the Chapel Beach Club. A successful and fun event.
