4 deboned Chicken Breasts
4 tablespoons Mayo
Lettuce
2 Jalapeño
Gherkins

Marinate:
2 cups Buttermilk
1 large Egg
2 tablespoons Hot Sauce
2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 teaspoon Peri Peri
Salt and Pepper

Coating:
1 tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
1 teaspoon Peri Peri
1 tablespoon Chicken Seasoning
1 cup Flour
3 tablespoon Corn Starch
Salt and Pepper
