🍁I made my Family’s Favorite 😋 growing up as a kid my Dad would always make his local sauces with Ogiri 😋😋 I grew up eating and loving every bit of them 😋

🍁This is my Father’s Recipe I just elevated it with the 👇🏾👇👇👇

•GINGER, ONIONS, GARLIC SEASONING

🍃INGREDIENTS

•Ginger, onions and garlic seasoning {Mr chef }
•Ogiri
•Mackerel Fish
•yam
•half ripe plantain
•Crayfish
•Pepper
•Onions
•Red oil
•Ugba
•Jtazi
•yellow pepper

🍃MARINADE { yellow pepper, oil, mr chef Jollof , onions, mr chef ginger,onions and garlic} blend till smooth

🍃SAUCE { Cook on a very low heat it takes about 5 mins and your sauce is ready}

By the time I took this picture I had already finished Cooking Almost two paints of Rice, grilled 3 full chicken and covered a 7 inch cake 🤦‍♀️🙆🏽‍♀️. So my tired was already tired😂🤭🙈.
