Not only will you give encouragement but also that encouragement will come back to you. When we become encouragers, we cause others to rise higher and our lives go to new levels too. We hold the power to lift one another up, every day, to remind one another of the goodness of God. Let’s not hold back those life-giving words, but rather look for ways to bring the love of God into the lives of others.

Is success of others making you feel like a loser?

Most of the time, people see their success or failure by comparing them to those who are either ahead of them or behind. If they see many people behind them, they feel very successful while if they are the one's left behind, they feel like a loser. Whether you are ahead or behind, you success can only be measured by your own life so what truly matters is only your own achievements of life.

Very few people use their own life as marker of their success. So even though a person might have everything they wanted to achieve, they are unable to feel happy about it if others have also achieved the same. This only brings disappointment, anxiety and added pressure because you are not trying to achieve your goals but defeat others.

Never see your success in someone's else's defeat. Success is about celebrating your own achievements, not someone else's loss.

The meaning of success that we are taught is all about is achieving what we want but the little everyday efforts and achievements are not considered success. This has made our mind to just focus on the top and wait to celebrate until we reach over there. The truth is that if we see and feel happy about these little achievements, there will be less anxiety, stress and depression and people will feel more happy, successful and fulfilled in their every day lives.

Don't wait to feel successful when you reach the top, you are already successful if you are putting your best efforts and facing every challenge without backing off.
