Beautiful morning from this side. This is actually a surprise birthday cake from an older sister to her younger brother. During our negotiation, when I name my price,she went "se ife lo wulo to yen" (is ife that useful) I couldn't control my laughter. Eventually, as a caring and loving sister she was, we reached an agreement and here is the result. How does it look?

Am one of the most detailed baker you'll ever see. When I started this journey, it was like a baby step but the one I was learning from back then could see my aura was different.
I question everything and that was what set me apart from others. I remember vividly when I was curious about baking powder and baking soda. These are two different things entirely. I didn't really know this at first. But my curiosity led me on to the part of proper understanding.Even the one who taught me had no idea. At some point ,he became scared of me asking questions he wouldn't be able to answer.
In the end,that became my strength. I don't just want to be a baker who grabs all available recipes just for the sake of it. If I don't understand the reason for the recipe, am not interested. I mean, why should sugar + butter + flour be the most important ingredients? Because this are the things that makes a cake.
Therefore, every single thing I put in my cake comes from my understanding of why it should be in my cake.

Happy birthday to my man. To those who don't know him, he is emotionless. But to me, he is the most compatible companion. I remember our days of beginning when no one saw nothing in him, I just didn't care. It wasn't as if I do not want to care but the man I saw was the most outstanding man anyone would wish to be with. He sees the best in me even when I do not see it, the only man who would never allow anyone bully his wife regardless of their status.
